Bon Scott, born Ronald Belford Scott on July 9, 1946, in Scotland, was the original frontman of AC/DC. After moving to Australia, he initially played drums in a Scottish pipe band before transitioning to lead vocals with local bands. In 1974, he joined AC/DC and instantly bonded with co-founders Angus and Malcolm Young. His raspy vocals and dynamic stage presence helped propel the band to global fame with hits like "TNT," "High Voltage," and "Highway to Hell."

Despite passing away at 33 in 1980, after releasing seven albums with AC/DC, Bon's legacy endures. Fans continue to celebrate his legendary contribution to rock music.
