Total Mintage Strictly Limited to Only 3,926 Coins Worldwide (2,000 allocated to the 3-coin set)

This 1oz 99.99% pure silver Proof coin from The Perth Mint celebrates the 100th anniversary of the birth of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse features a stylised representation of the commemorative florin issued in 1954 to mark the Queen’s first visit to Australia. A crowned lion stands beside a kangaroo — both animals, along with the entire outer rim of the coin, are highlighted in rich 24-carat gold, symbolising the enduring bond between the United Kingdom and Australia.

The obverse carries the Dan Thorne effigy of King Charles III along with the coin’s weight, fineness, and $1 denomination. Each coin is housed in a premium black display case with a clear lid and presented in an elegant light-pink floral outer box.

With a total mintage of only 3,926 coins (of which 2,000 are allocated to the three-coin set), this gilded Proof coin offers strong appeal as an individual release.

A striking and elegant tribute that beautifully captures the special relationship between the Queen and Australia.
