The 2026 $1 Peace Dollar is a 1 oz 99.99% pure silver proof coin. The reverse design, by retired RCM Senior Engraver Susan Taylor, depicts Lady Peace standing on maple leaves with a rising sun and clouds behind her. Yellow gold plating covers Lady Peace and the ground, while the sky and water remain unplated silver for contrast.
The obverse carries the effigy of King Charles III by Steven Rosati, with yellow gold plating applied to the rim. The coin has a plain edge and is housed in a black clamshell with a matching beauty box.
